Visão Crua is the first edition devoted to the photographic work of Pedro Reis Lavrador. The result of several years of observing and documenting the Portuguese sea, the book gathers images captured along different stretches of the national coastline, revealing its diversity, strength and untamable character.
Structured around the geographic coordinates of each photographed location, the book offers a journey along the Portuguese coast through a sensory route. Each set of images corresponds to a specific point on the territory, inviting the reader to explore the sea as both landscape and memory.
