Diego Delgado is a graphic designer, visual artist and sound producer. Born in Madrid, he founded OCTUBRE.TV in Barcelona in 2012, a platform documenting independent music scenes through live recordings and artist portraits.
In 2018, he expanded the project with OCTUBRE.TV Ediciones, a small record label whose releases explore the boundaries between pop, ambient and electronic sounds. After years in Berlin, where he released music under the alias CICCONE, he moved to Porto. In 2025 he released Agua Pesada, his first album under his own name.
