Chek1 (Bernardo Ribeiro)
MC and producer born in Vila Nova de Gaia, he took his first steps as a musician at the age of 10, when he entered the Porto Music Conservatoire to study oboe, an instrument he would later give up. Around 2002 he began writing his first lyrics and, in 2005, producing his first beats. That same year saw the formation of Enigmacru, the rapper's first and, to this day, only band, which would later join the collective 6º Sentido.
Between guest appearances and singles, he released Enigmacru's first album, "Emperfeito Equilíbrio", in 2017, and, in 2020, a short solo EP titled "Burlena - Primeira Temporada". Over the years he has collaborated with artists such as Minus, Virtus, Keso, Mundo Segundo, Ace, Barrako27, DJ Nelassassin, Br!sa, João Tamura, Beiro e Pedra, Chulo, among others.
In 2024, he completed his degree in Jazz (Piano) at ESMAE and released his first solo record, "SINAIS"..
redoma
redoma is a duo from Porto, made up of Carolina Viana (singer and rapper) and Joana Rodrigues (producer). Both following academic paths in music, they met while studying for their degrees in 2017 at ESMAE. Throughout 2020 and 2021, they developed a unique way of communicating with each other.
That creative effort culminated in 2022 with the release of the EP "parte", an existentialist manifesto characterised by a rap sound with deconstructed, poetic rhythms, which put the project on the radar of new Portuguese music.
After presenting their work at venues such as Maus Hábitos, Musicbox, Casa da Música and Hard Club, as well as at festivals including Zigurfest, Feira do Livro do Porto, Westway Lab, Porto/Post/Doc, N2 and Salgado Faz Anos Fest, they released their debut album, "santos da minha mente", in 2025, a satire of the conditions of existence itself.
The track "condição" was included on the compilation Novos Talentos FNAC 2022, and both works made best national albums lists in publications such as BLITZ and Rimas e Batidas.
