Jam is an open movement gathering based on the principles of Contact Improvisation — a form of dance that explores physical contact, shared balance, and real-time improvisation.
It is neither a class nor a performance. It is a space for connection where anyone can join, explore, and move at their own pace.
No previous dance experience is required — only curiosity and a willingness to be present.
There is no need to register, you can just come and we propose donations between 5 and 10 euros :)
