Each class combines Pranayama (breath), Asanas (movement) and Meditation, always linked to a theme that inspires inner growth, helping to look inward and connect with yourself and to stay strong and balanced mentally and physically. My sessions blend Hatha and Vinyasa, grounding yet energizing and are open to all levels.
„Ahimsa“ is the first of the Yamas - the ethical foundations of yoga. Often translated as non-violence it is the practice of kindness and compassion in our thoughts, words and actions - towards others and ourselves. Strength and softness can coexist, on and off the yoga mat. In this practice we will challenge ourselves while keeping the loving-kindness towards us, so we don‘t push past our limits.
