The Agrupamento Musical Piscinas Municipais, AMPM, was born from the need to unsettle the beauty of the dance so that it never comes to a halt, through distortion and the thunderous force of a brass section.

Their songs unfold through moments of tender, melodic vulnerability, while also embracing intriguing and combative sonic landscapes. TRASGO is an experimental noise rock band from Porto, Portugal. Drawing inspiration from the Trasgo—a mischievous goblin from the folklore of Trás-os-Montes—the band channels that same irreverent spirit through a blend of diverse musical influences, extreme dissonance, and performative artistic expression.

Approaching its second year of "disappointing" audiences, TRASGO released its self-titled debut album, TRASGO, the band's biggest disappointment to date—at least according to themselves. The record features over an hour of what they describe as Avant-Surf-Piça-Free-Metal-Concrète, served with their usual irreverent humour and an unapologetically eccentric approach.

Spanning eight tracks and 1 hour and 5 minutes, the album consolidates the band's visual and sonic identity developed over its first three years, while marking the end of one chapter and setting the stage for whatever comes next—"probably nothing worthwhile," as the band jokes.

The album was released on 12 December 2025 and is available for streaming and purchase through selected platforms, deliberately excluding Spotify.
